I am pleased to be able to offer an in home childbirth class for expectant couples. This is a 3-4 hour session in your home. It is tailored to your special needs. We will cover stages of labor, dialation, effacement, station, how babies position affects labor, perineal massage to prevent tearing & episiotomy, hospital interventions and how they affect you & baby, comfort measures for active labor, breathing & relaxation, labor positions, effective pushing, emotional responses to labor.                            Cost: $100
